Carving makes food more attractive and more appetizing. "Fruit and Vegetable Carving" is one thing I have learnt at culinary school. Showing on this page are my carving works at school. We do not have carving class at Thai Chilli for the time being. However, if you are really interested we can arrange a private class.
I have combined some easy carving with cooking class which you can arrange attractive decoration to your dish with colorful fruits and vegetables you can find in your kitchen such as carrot, cucumber, parsnip, tomato and etc. to impress your friends and guests. All it takes is creative, no experience needed. Easy and Impressive is ThaiChilli's way.
